By purchasing from us, you are deemed to have agreed to all our Terms & Conditions stated below.
Fashion Lovers reserves the right to amend our Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.



GENERAL ISSUES
Join only if you feel comfortable. Be understanding and patient. Items purchase from sprees usually takes at least 1-2 months to arrive. As for preorders, items will take 1-2 weeks to arrive after preorder closed. Sometimes there might be delays due to public holidays or restocking issue.

No changes are allowed once we received your order. Please follow our order format and double check your information and item details before submitting. If item arrived wrongly due to wrong details given, all exchange fees will be borne by you.

Please make payment within 24 hours after you submitted your order form. Do not MIA.

All prices stated are fixed & non-negotiable.

Updates will be done via the status page. When a spree/preorder arrived, mass emails will be sent out. Please check your inbox and junk mail folder.

Spree/Preorder items that have arrived are to be collected within 30 days, or else it will be confiscated.

Products are subjected to availability of stocks/colour.

As the products are from mass production, please allow few cm different in measurement. Colours may differ slightly from pictures due to computer lighting and monitor resolution.

There will be no exchange/refund in the case you can't fit the item or due to unsuitability.

Fashion Lovers will not be liable for any wrong product/colour inaccuracy or defect items sent by the supplier.

Fashion Lovers reserves the right to cancel the spree/preorder due to poor response or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.



PAYMENT ISSUES
Please note that there will be no invoice sent out after you have submitted your order form. You'll receive a confirmation showing 'your order form has been submitted successfully' on your screen. You can proceed to make payment directly. Your order is only secured upon receipt of a payment acknowledgment in your email inbox.

Payment has to be made within 24 hours. Failing to do so will be blacklisted.

Payments can be made to Fashion Lovers' official account POSB Savings Account No. 228-11613-0.
For payment to other banks, kindly email us for details. We do accept paypal, but there will be an additional 8% paypal fee.
1. I-Banking (IB Nick required); or
2. ATM Transfer (Do email us a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt to fashion-lovers@hotmail.com).

After making payment, do submit your I-bank transaction details at the 'Order/Payment' tab (below order form).

Strictly no concealed cash. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend a cash deposit at any POSB/DBS Branch.


DELIVERY ISSUES (Fixed Rate)
No meet-up is available, unless you have purchased more than 10 items.
There will be postage charges, unless stated in the page.

Normal Mail
Normal post is non-insured and customers bear the risk of lost packages. If parcel is too bulky, the postman will send to your doorstep. Nothing can be done if parcel are lost. Fashion Lovers will not be responsible for any missing mail.

Accessories: $0.50 per item (subsequent item, please add $0.50)
Apparel: $1.00 per item (every subsequent item, please add $0.50)
Shoes &Bags: $1.50 per item (every subsequent item, please add $1.00)

Note: The delivery time for mails sent via normal postage is between 2 to 7 working days. We will request for top up if the actual postage is more than what is collected.

Registered Mail
Registered mail involves an additional charge of S$2.25 on top of the normal postage and comes with a tracking number that can be monitored online. The delivery time for mails sent via registered postage is between 1-4 working days. Please allow at least one working day for the post office to update in their tracking website.

All parcels will be posted out with a unique tracking number. (See 'Updates' tab for registered tracking number.) You can check the date of posting as well as the address it was posted to through Singpost. Detailed information of parcel location will be updated daily until it reaches your doorstep.

In the event that there is no answer when a parcel arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or slotted under your door. You can file a dispute using the tracking number given for missing parcel. Kindly email us if your registered parcel is missing.

Fashion Lovers will not be held responsible for any lost normal mails should you decide not to opt for registered postage as your preferred mode of delivery.
