FAQs/Help

How do I place an order?
Ordering from Fashion Lovers is easy!
  1. When you're done with shopping, click on the Order/Payment tab to place your orders.
  2. At the Order tab, key in the necessary details. Kindly ensure that the information entered is correct.
    When you're done, click the "Submit" button.
  3. After the order form is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation showing 'your order form has been submitted successfully' on screen.
  4. You can then proceed to make your payment to POSB Savings 228-11613-0. No invoice will be sent.
    For ATM transfer, please email us your screenshot of receipt, together with your name. Do keep the transaction receipt too.
  5. After making payment, kindly submit your payment details through the Order/Payment tab (below order form).
    You'll receive a confirmation showing 'your form has been submitted successfully' on screen.
  6. An acknowledgement will then be sent to your email account within 24 hours after we verified your payment. Do keep the acknowledgement for future references.

Where are your products from?
Our products are sourced and imported internationally.

How often do you update?
We usually update once a week! :)

Do you have a size guide?
We currently provide mostly free-sized apparel. Under each product picture, we will provide the measurements of each piece.

What should I do if the item(s) received is/are incorrect/defective?
To qualify for an exchange/refund, any defects with item(s) must be reported within 7 days after delivery of parcel. Kindly email us at fashion-lovers@hotmail.com with pictures of the defective item(s). For items that are deem defective by Fashion Lovers, we will exchange for the same item if it is still in stock, or a full refund if that particular item is out-of-stock.

We do not do exchanges in sizes as the measurements are provided on our site. Few cm difference in our given measurements, may not be considered as a defect.

How can I be informed of latest preorders?
All you have to do is sign up at our mailing list below! Once you have done so, you will be automatically added on to our mailing list.

How are my items mailed to me? See "Mail Status" tab.
Items are usually sent out via Singpost Normal Postage (2-7 working days) or Registered Postage (2-4 working days).

How do I know if my order has been mailed out?
When the preorder arrived, you will receive an email informing you that your order is in the midst of preparation for delivery. For registered article, please check the "Updates" tab for tracking number.

I'm not receiving Fashion Lovers' newsletters/emails.
Add fashion-lovers@hotmail.com to your Contact List to prevent any of our emails from landing in your spam folder.
